Cancellation Policy

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If you need to cancel your reservation more than 90 days before the scheduled
2. retreat date – 100% deposit refund for cancellation 91+ days before event.
3. We regret that any cancellations within 1 – 90 days are subject to a cancellation
   fee in the amount of 100% of the retreat cost. Fees are completely non-
   refundable and are transferable to a confirmed replacement.
4. 50% Deposit is payable by booking and balance of payment is due no later than
   91 days before retreat.
5. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
6. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. We are NOT responsible
   for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as
   airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your
   trip.
7. There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal
   emergencies, flight cancellations or delays.
8. We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through a qualified
   agent.
9. If we must cancel a retreat, there will be 100% refund on all funds received to
   date.
